Horse and pony riding

A tourist farm specialising in riding can be found in "Podpeca" (pronounced Pod-pet-za), this is a 15 min drive up the valley from Črna. The farm has an training area suitable for learners, and hacks are taken in the surrounding countryside. In it's position under the Peca mountain, riding out is an amazing experience, the scenery is terrific if not slightly challenging in places.

The farm has several horses and ponies, with a mixture of characters to suit all riding standards. All equipment can be provided and an itinery can be put together to suit your requirements. The farm also provides meals, lunctime and evening, there is a self service barbecue area, and a bar - which is open until late.

Riding lessons and hacks

Lessons can be provided for the complete beginner through to improver lessons for the more experienced rider. Guided rides out in the countryside can also be designed to suit.
